Die Idee zum Kulturfestival «Frauen in die Werkstatt!» ist im Frühling 2020 von Roxane Kalt ins Leben gerufen worden.
Mit dem Ziel, Kunst von Frauen einem breiteren Publikum zu öffnen, Diskussionen unter den Künstlerinnen und zwischen den Künstlerinnen und den Zuschauenden anzuregen, einen Austausch zu generieren, grundlegende Haltungen und Klischees unserer Gesellschaft zu diskutieren und zu hinterfragen, mehr Verständnis und Offenheit zu erzeugen und somit Lösungsansätze für eine gleichberechtigte Zukunft zu finden.
Dabei soll das ganze immer mit einer Leichtigkeit und mit Humor angegangen werden.
«Frauen in die Werkstatt» ist zum Zuschauen, Mitmachen und Austauschen.

„The Last Construction“ is Julia’s graduation act. It is inspired by a raw construct of tricks, which also presents the core of the act.
This work is an ode to Julia’s passion for tricks and the exploration of her physical limits. By showing all of her favorite tricks, she wants to share what her mind, her body and the trapeze can do together.
Letting the audience participate in the joy and excitement of moving on and off the trapeze, this conspicuously dynamic trapeze act convinces with the plain portrayal of tricks in an abstract and honest environment.

In Elle, the fourth year students of Codarts Circus Arts tried to find a relationship between Death and Life. In 2020, the group started their research with circus director Roberto Magro, and they finally performed the show on the 26. and the 27. of March 2021, at the Fenix location of Codarts Circus Arts.
Being a real crossover project, the circus group was accompanied by three musicians from Codarts’ Classical Music department, and composer Simon Thierrée.
